RailCall Chat v0.12.7 The desktop chat for your own RailCall station: local models first, your own keys for complex work, a collaborator's shared model when it fits. Every reply shows which model answered and what it cost. Needs a RailCall station on the same machine (install ).

Download Start with your station and Auto Install or update your station, then restart it. Chat 0.12.7's Run once and send reconciliation need station v1.5.25 or later (on v1.5.24 they fall back with a clear message). Leave Auto selected unless you want a specific model.
RailCall Assistant — limited free preview The hosted preview is free through 14 September 2026, inclusive (UTC), and closes to new requests at 00:00 UTC on 15 September. It requires RailCall sign-in (railcall market login) and an online host worker. Queue and usage limits apply. Hosted reasoning uses service-funded models; your station's external-key routes use your own provider account. A listed model does not guarantee available capacity.
Supported workflows can run manually with Save & run. Persistent chat-keyword triggers and the next readiness/recovery improvements are not being announced as released features here.
macOS installation Mac builds from 0.12.2 on are Developer ID signed by PATRICK J LINDEN and notarized by Apple. Its Apple ticket is attached for offline verification.
Quit the older app, replace it in Applications, and open the new version. macOS may ask you to confirm opening an app downloaded from the internet. If it reports “damaged” or an unverified developer, report the filename, Mac chip, and macOS version.
Apple Silicon and Intel downloads are separate. The filename shows each platform's version. SHA-256 checksums are available by appending .sha256 to the new Mac download URL.
