It would be useful if marketplace publishers could publicly reply to reviews left on their modules or workflows.
For example, I recently received a review from a buyer and wanted to thank them and let them know they can reach out if they have feedback or run into any issues. Since buyer information is intentionally masked, there currently doesn't seem to be a good way to do that.
A simple "Reply" option under each review would solve this without exposing any buyer information.
I think this could also improve marketplace trust because potential buyers could see how actively a publisher supports their listing, especially when a review contains feedback, questions, or an issue.
The reply could remain attached to the original review and be clearly labeled as a response from the publisher.
