Listing taken down by moderation, no notice given — need the reason (Track B contest entry)

My workflow listing muhammad-akif-janjua/linear-escalation-to-sheet
(id cmstezc8s00071tlq221692wv) just returned this when I tried to
publish an update:

HTTP 403 Forbidden
"slug 'muhammad-akif-janjua/linear-escalation-to-sheet' was taken down
by moderation; publish under a new slug or contact support"

I had no notice this happened before hitting the error. Can someone tell
me why it was taken down? I'd rather fix the actual issue than republish
under a new slug and risk it happening again for the same reason.

Context: this listing received the Round 6 review (64/100, needs-work —
flagged description length, missing homepage, missing tests_url). I
already fixed all three per that feedback and was trying to publish
v1.0.3 when I hit the takedown.

One thing worth checking, not something I'm assuming: could this be
connected to the module signature verification bug from a few days back
(sami666's modules rejected with "invalid v2 signature — tree hash
mismatch" after the v1.5.0 update)? Not sure if takedown checks and
signature verification share any code path — just flagging it in case
it's relevant.

Trying to get this sorted before the 25th. Appreciate any help.
